The prayers of the Saints are like bowls of incense around the Throne of our Father in Heaven. That means when we pray He listens and He is delighted! Prayer shows our trust in our Heavenly Father and it shows our dependence on Him.
More than anything else we would ask that you pray with us for this project. Unless the Lord builds the house, the workers labour in vain. And we don’t want to be labouring in vain! Right now our prayer needs are simply as follows:
That the right people become involved in this project at every level - Inspirers, Mentors and Mentees. We have contact with over 1,500 young graduates across Europe and Eurasia, but we would love to be able to communicate this idea to the 6,000 young graduates one step beyond them. Can you pray that as we start talking to more and more people, so the idea spreads like wild-fire, and that by God’s grace we end up with the people that the Lord wants to build this work with!
And can you pray with us for the coming generation - the people who are growing into a Europe and Eurasia context in which Christianity seems so peripheral - that by God’s grace and through this project some may become people who help to shape or re-shape our continent in such a way that God’s love and mercy is visible at every level?
Of course we also need the funds to make the whole thing happen, because we want to make this project available to the ‘right’ people, not just those who can afford to participate! We have been hugely blessed by the Lord’s provision of like-minded people getting excited about this project already. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
